1. Investment Services

ReInvestElite provides advisory and management services for high-value residential and commercial real estate investments. We facilitate acquisitions, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies tailored to accredited investors seeking premium returns.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

All clients must complete our accreditation verification and sign a subscription agreement before participating in any investment project. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable securities laws.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure includes a one-time advisory fee and an annual management fee based on assets under management (AUM). Specific rates are disclosed in your client agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt and can be remitted via bank transfer or credit card as outlined in your onboarding documents.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver exceptional value and transparency. Should you decide to cancel your subscription or advisory engagement within 14 days of the effective date, you may request a full refund of the advisory fee, provided no services beyond initial consultations have been rendered. To initiate a refund, please submit a written request to our support team via contact our support team with your account details.

After the 14-day period, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of ReInvestElite based on the proportion of services completed. Management fees are non-refundable once the investment vehicle has been activated and funds deployed. We reserve the right to deduct administrative expenses or third-party due diligence costs from any approved refund amount.

All refund requests are processed within 30 days of approval. Funds will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReInvestElite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on investment recommendations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto.
